Pastries: French Macarons

Summary

Participants will learn how to prepare French-method Macarons.  Participants will also learn how to properly set-up and sanitize their workstations and use a digital food scale for prepping their formulas.  Please be prepared for a fully immersive, hands on & action-packed day of baking fun!

Requirements

Participants are required to bring a hat, preferably a hair net, to wear while in the kitchen that will restrain hair away from your shoulders. Optional materials include an apron, and containers to take home your baked goods. Participants are welcome to take a break with their own food, snacks, and drinks.
