Our Real Estate
Pre-Licensing Course at Johnston Community College (JCC) is
officially approved by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission (NCREC) to
fulfill the educational requirements necessary for obtaining a broker license.
Objectives:
- Key real estate principles and practices
- North Carolina real estate laws and regulations
- Real estate math and finance basics
- Property ownership, rights, and transfer
- Brokerage relationships and agency law
- Contracts, closings, and trust account management
- Fair housing laws and ethical practices
Requirements
